By accessing or using our fitness training platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. Some of our Services may have additional age requirements as specified in the relevant features.

We provide a fitness training platform that includes workout tracking, training programs, and progress monitoring features. Services may be accessed through our web platform, iOS app, or Android app.
Additional features may be available through paid subscription tiers. Specific features available in each tier will be described at the point of purchase.
While our Services include offline capabilities, you acknowledge that some features may require internet connectivity for full functionality.

If you choose a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and terms displayed when you sign up. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in our Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
If you are accessing our Services from the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you are accessing our Services from Australia, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
